1.1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

1.4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
1.5. Shipping Delays
While we guarantee our shipping processing speed, final delivery dates are estimated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). shockedmoto.com is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, incorrect address information, severe weather, or customs hold-ups for international orders. We will, however, work with you and the carrier to help resolve any issues.
1.6. Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, or failure to be retrieved from a carrier location, will be subject to a re-shipping fee.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is designed to be fair and clear, reflecting the nature of our products.
2.1. The Golden Rule: No Returns on Pre-Owned & Used Parts
To provide our customers with the best prices on genuine Talaria components, ALL SALES OF PRE-OWNED AND USED PARTS ARE STRICTLY FINAL. These parts are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason, including but not limited to compatibility issues or cosmetic condition.
· Why? Pre-owned parts are unique, one-of-a-kind items. Their sale prevents them from being restocked and resold as new. Detailed product descriptions and high-resolution photos are provided to help you make an informed purchase decision.
2.2. Returns for New Parts
Most new parts are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:
· The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and materials included.
· The item is unused, unmounted, and in resalable condition.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is obtained from our customer service team. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
2.3. How to Initiate a Return for a New Part
1. Contact our Customer Service team at [support@shockedmoto.com] within the 30-day window to request an RMA number.
2. Once you have your RMA, securely package the item and mail it to the address we provide.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
· All Pre-Owned, Used, or Refurbished Parts (as stated in Section 2.1).
· Any product that has been installed, used, or tampered with.
· Closeout, clearance, or specially ordered items.
· Parts that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
2.5. Warranty Claims
New parts may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and are separate from this returns policy. If you believe a new part is defective, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
